Moscato d'Asti d.o.c.g.
Typical bright straw yellow color with golden hues, with a good presence of fine and persistent; the wine retains a limited pressure, as recommended by the tradition. In the mouth this Moscato reveals broad and enveloping, and never cloying; rich in aromatic scents such as orange blossom, peach and apricot: a wine is accented notes of elegance and freshness.

PRODUCTION AREA: Grapes come from the vineyards in the traditional area ofMoscatod’Asti. The soil contains limestone, marl with prevalence of sands and silt that provide trace elements in the bouquet.
CULTIVATION OF THE VINEYARD: traditional Guyot
YIELD: 70 hectoliters.
WINE-MAKING: After the manual harvest in the beginning of September, the vinification takes place in autoclaves and is aimed at preserving all the fragrances and aromas typical for the grape-highlighting the intense notes of fresh and candied fruit granted from the ground. Because of this, the must is chilled immediately and fermentation is then stopped to keep a part of sugar and again it interrupted, bringing the cold wine, with the aim of preserving all the fragrance and aromas of the grape, exalting the strong notes of fresh fruit and candied conferred by the soil.

SERVING TEMPERATURE: Serving temperature: 9-10 degrees. To fully appreciate the fragrance of this wine, we recommend opening the bottle at the time.
